Description
Gluttonous dinosaurs, a hungry fox, and an ark full of animals: welcome to a quirky menagerie where helping one another is always the order of the day!
Animated films by Philip Watts, Alexandra Allen, and Myriam Schott. UK, Portugal, France. 40 minutes. Ages 3 and up.
Whether prehistoric or domestic, funny or sleepy, tiny or nocturnal, these animals are putting on quite a show!
A program of 3 short films:
- *Bellysaurus* by Philip Watts: In the forest, dinosaurs big and small feast on delicious berries. But when the biggest one decides to eat the smallest, solidarity kicks in, and the whole group ends up living happily together!
- *Foxtale* by Alexandra Allen: The birds have left just one cherry on the tree... How can a hungry little fox satisfy his appetite? The answer: rely on someone smaller than yourself—even if it means sharing your meager meal!
- *Zoobox* by Myriam Schott and Linda Yi: The waters are rising... it’s time for all animal species to board great ships! Kerala, an eager and curious young kangaroo, waits for her turn. She is thrilled at the thought of meeting her fellow travelers. But once aboard, she can't find her parents... She is taken in by a family of platypuses—her former neighbors. Despite the rule against leaving their enclosure, the urge to find her parents is too strong. She sets off in search of them; along the way, she meets new friends, and—of course—the family is reunited!
The screening will be followed by a creative workshop and a snack provided by La Mie Câline.
