What is Heels dance? Heels is a dance style performed in high heels that blends technique, attitude, musicality, and self-confidence. Inspired by cabaret, street jazz, and pop music videos, it allows you to explore your posture, expression, and stage presence… all while having fun! No need to be an experienced dancer: everyone progresses at their own pace. A dance style that is still rare in the Occitanie region. Take advantage of this introductory session with Carole—an experienced, passionate, and skilled instructor who will guide you with a balance of high standards and kindness. Introductory class: Saturday, July 18 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM Price: €15 (cash payment on-site) Open to all: women, men, beginners, and experienced dancers alike. What to bring: A pair of heels you feel comfortable in (ankle boots are ideal) Form-fitting clothing to allow for freedom of movement.
