Entirely on the ground floor, the accommodation comprises a living room with a sitting area (1 sofa, 2 armchairs, TV), a dining room, and a fitted kitchen with integrated units (dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer). A step leads to a utility room with washing machine. A corridor leads to the three bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 x 160x200 bed and 1 bedroom with 2 x 0.90x200 beds), a shower room with bath and shower, 2 washbasins and a separate toilet. Covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Lawn enclosed on 3 sides. Garage. Wifi throughout. Additional heating when required (based on meter reading) - Bed linen, towels and household linen included in the price (except for professional bookings). Air-conditioned gîte. Cleaning package (80€) compulsory for business customers + Renewal of bed linen (duvet cover, pillow case and fitted sheet) every 15 days for long stays. No bathroom linen for companies.
