On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom (1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (0.80cm)) with en-suite shower room and wc. 2 terraces with garden furniture, barbecue, various garden furniture in the grounds, ball games and badminton. Enjoy reading with the many books available in the library. Flat-rate cleaning charge of €50, and supply of bed linen and towels (€5/person), 60% of electricity consumption during the heating period.
